The leagues are run by Patrick Kearns, Executive Administrator and Owner of 4 Star Camps and Paul Shepherd Director of the University of Virginia Intramural Tennis Programs. Charlottesvile Junior Team Tennis is run out of the 4 Star Camps Charlottesville Headquarters located in the University Shopping Center at 2171 Ivy Rd. which is across the street from St. Anne's-Belfield Upper School and next door to Papa Johns and Patina Antiques.
